What is a Life Coach?
A life coach is someone who supports another through change and transformation.
More specifically, I am a Wellness Coach for Women. My focus is your overall well-being as it relates to your mind, body and spirit. Establishing a framework for better self-care, growing your capacity for dealing with change and fostering new ways of showing up for yourself.
I am passionate about working with women of all ages as we navigate life's many stages. I take a practical approach in helping you develop actionable plans as we work towards your goals. We build on your strengths, values, in order to create sustainable, durable change.
Maybe you want to experience less stress or have more balance in your life.
Maybe you need a shift towards healthier habits or want to free yourself of your inner critic.
Whatever your wellness needs may be, having a coach boosts your ability to meet those needs. Part of my job is to be an active listener, asking empowering questions and allowing space for a different perspective to emerge. We will use a variety of tools that deepen your understanding of who you are and how you operate. The other part of my job is to measure your success by holding you accountable, kindly of course :) in taking the wheel!
